Special Thanks To
The On Pack Recycling Label (OPRL) team. Our system is based on the model developed in the United Kingdom. The program was launched by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) with support from the government-backed Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) in March 2009. The BRC has set up a not-for-profit company to administer the scheme called OPRL Ltd. Staff have provided invaluable assistance in the development of the U.S.-based label.
